  • If GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort is closed due to poor weather conditions, the destination may change to another ski resort in Echigoyuzawa district. (The gondola service from GALA Yuzawa station to the slope shuts down when wind speeds reach more than 20m/s.) In that case, you can use your 1-day lift ticket at the alternative resort.
  • Please inform your Flight schedule,staying place,address,phone-number for delivering travel documents.The documents(tickets and your itineary)are delivered to your staying place by 1 day before the departure day at the latest.
  • If any of the above details change,please inform us 8 days prior to the tour departure date.
