Itinerary
8:20 a.m.
Assemble at Hida Hotel Plaza
8:30 a.m. Visit the famous morning market of Takayama. Scenic drive by Lake Miboro and along Shokawa River to Shirakawago, designated in 1995 as part of the World Heritage. Its high lights are unique structures called Gassho-Zukuri, or joined-hands farmhouses. Then visit Gokayama, another World Heritage village, where you can experience making Gokayama Washi, traditional Japanese paper.
5:30-6:30 p.m.
Hotel in Kanazawa or Tour disbands
on arrive at Kanazawa Station.
