The cherry blossom, or “Sakura” in Japan is usually best to see at the end of March and the beginning of April. There is a week or so in Japan at this time called “Hanami”, which literally means, “viewing flowers”. At this time, everybody likes to spend time at local parks to enjoy the sakura cherry blossom season. We like to recommend the cherry blossom in Kyoto where it is very beautiful.
